Our Supported Living program provides assistance to individuals with disabilities in their home or our 24-hour staffed home owned by Branching Out. Our staff provides assistance with daily living skills, personal care, household tasks, and more.
Supported Employment
Our Supported Employment program supports individuals in obtaining employment and learning job skills for long-term success.
Respite
Our Respite program provides short-term, temporary relief for families/caregivers.
In-Home Services (Under 18)
Our In-Home Services provide support to individuals under the age of 18 in a residential setting. Our staff provides support in several areas such as hygiene, homework, chores, and cooking.
